Sony Ericsson has announced the launch of its new F305 gaming phone in India. It features Motion Gaming functionality that enables players to control games with the flick of a wrist or the swing of an arm.
The phone comes pre-loaded with “Bowling”, “Bass fishing” and “Jockey” motion games. Mobile gamers can enjoy all three games on horizontal mode with the dedicated keys and imitate bowling or casting a fishing line with its motion sensor technology.
Other than gaming, the slider phone also sports entertainment features such as Stereo speakers, Java, MIDP 2.0, PlayNow, Media player, support for MP3/AAC/AAC+/ eAAC+ file formats, TrackID, Stereo FM radio and Bluetooth stereo (A2DP).
At 97.5g and 96 x 47 x 14.6 mm, the Sony Ericsson F305 features a 2.0-inch TFT display with 176 x 220 resolution and 262,144 colours, up to 10 MB Memory Stick Micro (M2), 2.0 megapixel camera, internet support for WAP 2.0 xHTML and compatibility with a Quad-Band EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 network.
As an introductory offer, the handset comes packed with free 50 games worth Rs 1,999 on a memory stick.
The Sony Ericsson F305 with Motion Gaming is available in Polar White and Mystic Black colors for an estimated price of Rs.8,995.

Send data from PC to phone via sms
BeamIt is a website. With BeamIt you can select any picture, office document, media files (anything less than 5 minutes), upload it to the website and then send it to your mobile phone over the internet. Here is how it works:
1. Go toBeam-It website.
2. Upload the file or document you want to send.
3. Optionally choose to compress it to ZIP.
4. Click Send and wait for the text message with the download link.
Obviously, your mobile contract should have a data plan in order to be able to receive and download the files from the internet.
